The "Race Townhomes" are luxury two-story townhomes that include a climate-controlled garage and a roof-level covered observation deck. Townhome owners can keep performance vehicles in the garage and enjoy exclusive access to the track on sixty pre-scheduled, members-only track days each year.
The ground floor is an 800-square-foot (25-by-32) fully finished and climate-controlled "dream garage" that can comfortably accommodate two cars with plenty of room to spare. The extra space can be used for a work area, storage, pool table, bar, etc. The garage comes standard with a half bath or an optional full bath. A 12-foot ceiling will accommodate a hydraulic lift.
The standard plan has a second-floor living area of 800-square-feet (25-by-32) with one bedroom and one full bath. The optional floor plan has a 1,000-square-foot second-floor living area with two bedrooms, two full baths and adds a carport over the driveway in front of the garage.
Above the living area, the Race Townhomes will feature a roof-level covered observation deck that will offer breathtaking sightlines across the track venue.
The interior and exterior finish of the Race Townhomes will be of outstanding quality. The ground floor exterior finish will be an earth-tone split-face block. The second floor facing the track will be a full-length exterior deck featuring an enclosure system faced with high-tech, see-through polymer panels. The exterior metal trim and the exterior circular stairway will be black metal. The side and rear exterior finish on the second floor will feature earth-tone Hardie Plank siding.
The Race Townhomes will be located at prime viewing areas at different locations alongside the track. Townhome owners will have access to their units 24 hours a day, 365 days per year. Owners will have quick and easy access to the paddock and track. In addition, the Race Townhomes will offer a number of optional design features and enhancements, including numerous kitchen, bath, living and bedroom design installations as well as extensive tool and equipment options for the garage.
Concierge Service
A concierge service will be available to provide room service, maid service, auto detailing, and more. The service will also manage units for owners that wish to add their Race Townhomes to the rental pool when the units are not in use.
Individual or corporate buyers may purchase more than one unit and may inter-connect multiple units.
The base price of a standard one-bedroom plan Race Townhome is currently $300,000, which includes an individual High Rock Raceway membership. The optional floor plan is available for an additional $60,000. Prices are subject to change at any time without notice.
