Elliott Forbes-Robinson Career Highlights

1968- Finished first overall in his first race at Stardust Raceway in Las Vegas.

1974- In a Lola Modified by EFR and Richie Ginther, he turned in the best winning record in the history of the SV Gold Cup.  Also drove to a win, with Al Holbert, in the IMSA 6-hour race at Road Atlanta in a Porsche Carrera. 

 

1982– Trans-Am Series Champion

1993-96– Competed in SCCA World Challenge Series, I MSA Bridgestone Supercar Series, Pikes Peak Hillclimb, and World Sports Car Series.

1997– Overall winner of Rolex 24 At Daytona.

1999– Overall winner of Rolex 24 At Daytona. Won inaugural ALMS Championship and was co-champion with Butch Leitzinger in Can Am.

2000– Won the SR Class of the Rolex 24 At Daytona and finished fifth in the Rolex Series SR standings.


2001
– Made eight Rolex Series starts in SRP class, earning a best finish of second. Finished seventh in championship.

2002– Made three Rolex Series starts in the SRP Class and one start in SRP II. Best class finish was third in SRP II.

2003– Won the Rolex Vintage Enduro Championship.

2004– Won the Porsche 250 at Barber Motorsports Park (AL) with Butch Leitzinger to give the #4 BOSS Snowplow Team its first ever Rolex Series victory. Finished with eight top-5 finishes in eleven races.

2005– With Butch Leitzinger, won the Rolex Series Brumos Porsche 250 at Daytona in June and earned three second-place finishes in seven races.
